Managing statuses¶
Statuses define the approval steps for objects. You can use these different statuses when setting up your workflow schemas and you can find the settings page at .
Note
The order is important since it’s used as approval steps.
Click Create to create a new status.
| Color: | The color representing this status type. |

| Name: | The name of the status type. |
| Corresponds to: | ftrack has four states that you can map your statuses to: Not Started, In Progress, Done and Blocked. ftrack use this when generating reports and charts. |
Double click a row or click the pen icon to edit a status, or click the trash can icon to remove the status.
